PBU and Crown
Before: Patient presented to the clinic with a broken tooth on his upper right side. Placed a post into the canal and build up the same day.

Before : Patient’s main concern was looseness of her front teeth with a gap due to root resorption.
After: Extractions of two front teeth, implants were immediately placed with temporary partial.
After : 4 months after implant placements, customized abutment and implant crowns were placed. Patient gained a beautiful smile.

Before: Patient wanted to be able to smile confidently again and restore her chewing functions back. Patient has no teeth for upper/lower.
After: She is now able to smile confidently and happy with complete upper denture and Implant supported lower denture.

4 Missing Front Teeth Restoration
Before: Patient lost 4 front teeth and wanted to be able to smile confidently again. However due to her medical condition of severe Osteoporosis, implant was not an option for her. Instead, bridges were offered as an alternative treatment. Patient’s laterals and canines (#6,7,10 and #11) are missing for both left and right side.
After: Immediately after the placement of two of 4 units bridges. Patient is now happy with her regained smile.

Before: Patient’s main concern was misaligned/crowded front teeth. Due to time restrictions, patient preferred crowns rather than ortho treatment.
